The drawings
Costa Verde 3 is a single-level villa. The main residence holds six bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms, with the guest bedroom wing drawn separately in its own plan and elevation set. Staff quarters — 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a full laundry — sit apart from the main house, as does the maid's and hot kitchen.
The final document is the Deslinde: the registered cadastral survey that fixes the parcel boundary at 2,883 m².
